BetterUniform is a UK-based business offering comfortable, breathable school uniforms made from cotton and organic cotton fabrics.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions and images accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

As many of our garments are made from natural fabrics, minor variations in texture or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Children’s clothing is currently zero-rated for UK VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if there is a suspected error in the order.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Free from stains, odours, pet hair, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in a condition that prevents resale.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs to help assess the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

8. Sizing

Please refer to our size guides before ordering.

As children’s growth and body shapes vary, customers are responsible for selecting the most appropriate size.
